This communication serves as notice that the Oxnard Air Traffic Control Tower is experiencing staffing shortages and will be operating on a shortened schedule on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. The tower, which operates daily from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., will be operating from 9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays. All other days of the week will continue with normal operating hours.
It is important to note that the towers at Camarillo and Oxnard Airports operate under the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Administration and not under the authority of the County of Ventura.
