Board of Supervisors on policy matters relating to Camarillo Airport operations and development, and policy matters regarding land use matters within the \u201cCamarillo Airport Zone\u201d as defined in the Joint Powers Agreement.<\/p><p>Under the 1976 Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the County and the City of Camarillo, the Camarillo Airport Authority is composed of two members of the Board of Supervisors (Board), two members of Camarillo City Council (Council), and a Public Member.
