Public Comments Open for the CMA Approach & Procedure Analysis

Home

As part of our continued communications regarding the Approach and Procedure Analysis for Camarillo Airport, the Ventura County Department of Airports is encouraging all stakeholders to submit comments for the Camarillo Airport Approach and Procedure Analysis. Your feedback is important and will help refine recommendations.

For those who were unable to attend the second public meeting for the study, held on March 3rd,  the presentation and meeting recording are available through the links below and on the study website. We have refined the video recording to focus on the presentation slides so that it’s easier to read and follow the presentation. We encourage you to watch the recording and share your input by Friday, April 24, 2026.  All comments need to be submitted through the study website to be considered.  A link to the comment form can be found below.

The project team will continue refining the proposed flight procedures based on feedback from stakeholders, community members, and air traffic control. The third and final public meeting, anticipated in summer 2026, will present the final recommended procedures and identify which procedures the County intends to submit to the FAA for review.
